Our company has completed and delivered the Eftalia PARK Residence and Plaza project, which it started in 2017, consisting of 120 independent sections in Alanya Mahmutlar, and continues its commercial life with new residence and office projects.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY OWNER
Our company owns Yilmaz BAĞIŞLAR, graduated from Konya Selcuk University civil engineering department in 2005 and started his career as a civil engineer for a while in Alanya District Governorship Village Service Union. During this period, he carried out the control engineering and projects of many constructions such as hospitals, schools, health centers. Later, he founded his own company and started to produce his own projects on housing construction in 2009.
